SPA DIRECTOR/AYURVEDIC PRACTITIONER: Identify and evaluate dosha (unique
 constitution) and current state of imbalance. Address imbalances and
 concerns with specific dietary recommendations, herbal formulas, and
 relaxation therapies. Provide client with individualized literature
 including lists of recommended foods/recipes for optimum nutrition.
 Provide herbal remedies, to stimulate digestion and enhance absorption
 of vital nutrients. Develop specialized client guidelines and
 lifestyle routines which may include aromatherapy, yoga, pranayama
 (breath work), meditation, mantra, pancha karma (detoxifying,
 cleansing, fasting, therapies), and exercise. Empower the client
 through education, diet, and herbs to actively participate in their
 own health and well being.
 
SHIRODHARA: Ancient Indian bliss therapy. A deeply relaxing stream of
 warm oil steadily placed on the "third eye". Promotes a profound sense
 of peace and relaxation. Excellent hair and scalp treatment.
 
REIKI MASTER THERAPIST: Facilitate vibration balance and alignment of
 the chakras (major energetic centers) in the body. Assist client in
 releasing deeply rooted mental and emotional blocks. Assist client and
 promote physical and emotional healing. Enhance clients clarity of
 life purpose. Assist in inspiring deep relaxation and tranquility of
 body, mind, and spirit.
 
ASHANTANGA YOGA INSTRUCTOR: Educate and instruct the core 28
 Ashantanga yoga asanas (postures). Identify individual students needs
 and abilities. Assist in adjustments, balance, alignment, and breath
 work. Offer students personalized instruction and attention to avoid
 injury, promote support, and well being in their practice.
 
MASSAGE THERAPY: Deep Tissue, Swedish, Sports Therapy, and Abhyanga
 massage therapy.
